Yes — each member needs a free account to participate. Signing up takes under 60 seconds with Google, Apple, or a magic link email.

Who pays for Golf Dispatch?

The basic plan is free. The Trip Captain can upgrade to Pro for advanced features. Members always join for free.

Can I use Golf Dispatch for a trip I'm not organizing?

Absolutely. Members have full access to view the itinerary, participate in voting, track payments, and use the group chat — without any admin burden.

Does Golf Dispatch book tee times directly?

Yes — through our integration with GolfNow and Supreme Golf you can book within the app. Other courses link out directly to their booking pages.

What if someone doesn't want to pay through the app?

They can mark themselves as paid manually. The Trip Captain can record any payment method and the balance tracker updates accordingly.

How does the AI Trip Planner work?

Enter your destination, dates, budget, and group size. The AI generates a complete suggested itinerary — courses, restaurants, lodging, and a budget breakdown — which you can edit and adopt as your plan.
